Responsibilities- Develop and execute creator growth and ecosystem strategies for the Health category, with a focus on scalable GMV and creator penetration growth
- Own end-to-end strategic initiatives across creator growth, agency partnerships, creator education, and ecosystem operations — from problem identification and strategy development to execution and performance tracking
- Manage and grow relationships with Health creators and creator agencies, including creator incubation, performance management, and long-term partnership development
- Analyze creator, content, and commerce performance data to identify growth opportunities, operational gaps, and category insights
- Drive creator incubation strategies, including creator segmentation, partnership models, and scalable operational programs
- Improve creator-to-seller matchmaking efficiency through operational optimization, process design, and ecosystem tooling
- Partner cross-functionally with category, product, strategy, and operations teams to drive ecosystem initiatives and solve complex business problems
- Lead creator education initiatives around content strategy, live streaming, platform best practices
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with strong interest in the e-commerce industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward
- Passion for business and aim for higher goals
The hourly rate range for this position in Seattle is $23.75 - $23.75.

Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
