Summary: The Procurement Operations Specialist is responsible for carrying out daily procurement department activities, including purchasing, competitive bidding, PCard administration, and vendor management. The role serves as the main contact for all district purchasing related questions and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations, manages requests for proposals, and acts as the district’s point‑of‑contact for vendors. This fast‑paced office requires the ability to manage time and multitask effectively and prior experience with financial business systems is essential.
