Identify and pursue connectivity optimization and beyond-market revenue opportunities to maximize the value of Alaska and Hawaiian's international network and drive long-term revenue and margin expansion.

Serve as the recognized subject matter expert and market champion for assigned international markets — the go-to advisor and trusted partner for cross-functional stakeholders. Develop models, analyses, and business intelligence tools that drive decision-making and reporting across the division.

Partner and collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Alliances, Cargo, Distribution and other key stakeholder groups; lead cross-functional alignment, establish formal performance cadences as needed, and influence outcomes at all levels of the organization. Represent Alaska and Hawaiian as a commercial thought leader in external industry forums and partner engagements; influence broader industry perspectives on international performance, pricing, and network strategy while bringing competitive insights back to inform enterprise decision-making.
