Job #: #172080

Job Description: This role sits on the Logistics team of a major social commerce platform, supporting seller‑facing shipping programs that give sellers an alternative to third‑party carriers — offering lower shipping costs, free pickup, and stronger seller protections. Sellers who manage their own storage and fulfillment (particularly live and auction sellers) rely on these programs. The Seller Operations Specialist is the primary point of contact for onboarding sellers onto these programs and resolving logistics exceptions when something goes wrong — lost packages, delayed shipments, and other fulfillment issues that directly affect a seller's business.

Responsibilities
  • Identify which sellers are the best fit for the platform's logistics solutions based on order volume, SKU characteristics, and business model, and drive adoption of the right solution
  • Own the seller launch process end‑to‑end, including system integration (ERP/OMS), logistics account setup, and shipping label tool configuration
  • Resolve logistics exceptions such as lost packages and delivery delays within a 24‑hour target, coordinating internal and external resources as needed
  • Monitor seller fulfillment performance, proactively identify risk, and support process improvements based on seller feedback and operational data
  • Conduct seller training sessions on logistics tools and best practices
  • Document processes, SOPs, and issue‑resolution workflows to support consistent onboarding and operations
  • Support special projects such as industry research and competitive benchmarking as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics, supply chain, operations management, data analysis, or business
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, customer service, or operations
  • Strong data processing and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools
  • Clear, structured thinking with strong project management awareness
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional coordination skills
  • Mandarin fluency preferred for 3–4 of 7 open positions, to support Chinese‑speaking sellers
Compensation

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, Intelli Pro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
