We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join House Whisper, a well-funded startup at the forefront of the Prop Tech industry. House Whisper is located in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle. This is an in-office role.
This role involves managing a book of business and partnering with sales and product to ensure alignment to help customers' success.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are getting the training, coaching, and support they need to thrive with our products and services. You will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, helping them maximize adoption, drive meaningful business outcomes, and navigate change with confidence as they integrate AI into their workflows. This role requires strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and long‑term success.
You will also collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to advocate for customer needs and help shape the overall customer experience at House Whisper.
- 2‑4 years of Account Management experience required
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex product features and adapt to market dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in CRM’s, Hub Spot, Follow Up Boss, or similar platforms, including reporting, dashboard creation, workflow management, and account segmentation.
- Background in a startup environment is a plus
- Proficient in analyzing customer feedback data to derive actionable insights and adapt strategies effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels, from entry‑level agents to top executives.
- Familiarity with real estate technology ecosystems, including CRM platforms, MLS integrations, lead management systems, transaction workflows, and brokerage operations, is a plus
- Manage a book of business that will evolve and grow over time
- Lead weekly customer meetings to drive value and adoption of products
- Deliver product feedback accordingly
- Synthesize market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product positioning strategies
- Conduct technical product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and workflow consultations for customers of varying technical proficiency.
- Ensure customer churn remains at or below set standards
- Analyze customer adoption data, CRM workflows, and AI utilization metrics to identify opportunities for increased engagement, retention, and business impact.
