The Gates Foundation seeks a Senior Strategy Officer (EGH) to drive programmatic strategy and prioritize Bodies of Work, collaborating with the GD President, CEO, and senior leaders. You will translate strategy into concrete, decision-ready materials and coordinate with PSTs, RCOs, and internal teams.
Expect lead roles in portfolio planning, strategy reviews, and cross-functional initiatives, with up to 20–25% travel. A minimum of 10 years in strategy roles and an advanced degree are preferred.
