Responsibilities- Serve as the Internal Control Business Partner for the Global E-commerce - AMS, leading initiatives to evaluate policies, conduct internal control reviews, and perform risk assessments across key business areas.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations, analyze operational and financial data to identify high-risk areas and anomalies, provide actionable management insights, and drive continuous optimization of business processes and control frameworks.
- Independently utilize data analytics tools to promptly identify and address risks, as well as to drive process improvements, and support continuous risk monitoring implementation with data analytics. Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and process oversight to ensure compliance, operational effectiveness, and the smooth execution of critical business activities.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to ensure critical business risks are appropriately identified and addressed. Provide risk advisory support, enhance governance mechanisms, and promote sustainable process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Demonstrate strong sensitivity to business models and risk exposure, with a high level of curiosity, self-motivation, and ownership. Possess strong information-gathering capabilities, analytical and quantitative skills, as well as effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exhibit strong professional integrity, a proactive and dedicated work ethic, fast learning agility, and a results‑driven mindset, while collaborating effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Possess an open‑minded and adaptable approach, with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities, and a genuine passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Moderate fluency communication skills in both Mandarin and English are required. The role will be working with systems, reading technical documents and communicating with China and Non‑China markets in Mandarin and English.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management, business consulting, or business analysis, preferably within fast‑paced or complex business environments.
- Prior knowledge of, or experience in, E‑commerce and E‑commerce logistics operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with core business processes, operational models, and industry risks is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience in data analysis with strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python is strongly preferred.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102,600 - $159,600 annually.
CompensationCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
