We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the development of applications that reimagine how clinical trials are designed, executed, and delivered. This role will drive innovation in AI‑driven clinical trials transformation and shape the future of clinical development at a global scale.

• Lead pioneering product development for AI‑driven clinical trials transformation.
• Guide a cross‑functional team of product managers, developers, and scientists to invent and simplify solutions for pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and clinical operations teams.
• Define novel, generative AI agent‑based experiences that accelerate the path from discovery to treatment.
• Drive innovation by reimagining how clinical evidence is generated and trial operations are managed, replacing fragmented manual processes with intelligent, continuously learning systems.
• Define key product directions, adopt or invent new machine learning techniques, and reimagine user workflows and experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs in product management.
• Technical product management experience.

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

Salary & Benefits
Base salary range:  –  USD annually (Seattle, WA). The total compensation package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
