Product Data Management Specialist

Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Product Data Management Specialists (Level
4) for a contract opportunity in Seattle, WA.

• Contributes to meaningful process or efficiency improvements
• Updates or enhances export decision guidance used across the organization
• Builds credibility with engineering teams as a trusted compliance partner

• Perform export classifications (ECCN/ITAR) for aerospace technical data including drawings, materials, source code and engineering systems
• Partner directly with engineers to evaluate data, challenge assumptions and guide compliant decisions
• Support corporate investigations and compliance risk assessments
• Contribute to and improve export decision guides internal processes
• Navigate ambiguity balancing regulatory compliance with business needs
• Operate in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Collaborate with Global Trade Control and Legal teams on complex or high‑risk cases

This is not a slow or highly structured role. You will be expected to:

• Learn quickly in an environment with evolving processes
• Operate with increasing independence over time
• Handle a mix of high‑volume requests and complex, high‑stakes decisions

AA degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
