Business Operations Analyst - Sales and Marketing

The Pac Lease Business Operations Analyst works closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize and manage the Salesforce CRM system and Tableau dashboards, meeting organizational requirements. The ideal candidate collaborates with Senior Executive and Sales teams while maintaining high internal collaboration across multiple departments.

• Serve as main business lead for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud systems administration.
• Support maintenance and optimization of Pac Lease Tableau dashboards.
• Work in collaboration with IT to ensure optimal utilization of the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct marketing campaign ROI reporting/analysis to tie marketing efforts to sales revenue.
• Document Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce CRM system, including managing user roles, creating Marketing Cloud campaign workflows, and troubleshooting.
• Create sales, marketing, and executive key indicator dashboards.
• Apply continuous improvement tools to optimize process capability in Sales & Marketing business systems.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience managing and using CRM systems.
• Experience managing large volumes of data, conducting strategic research and report generation.
• Project management experience leading continuous improvement.
• Tableau data integration reporting experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload across multiple projects.
• Effective in interfacing with senior managers, dealers, customers, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of the transportation Class 8 and Medium Duty industry desired, not required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

The salary range for Business Operations Analyst is $96,700–$151,300 annually.
