Job SummaryThe Business Change Advisor Senior will assist senior leadership in bridging the gap between current and desired business performance levels, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term success to ensure the change journey produces desired results.
How you will make an impact- Facilitate and coordinate the annual planning process for the business unit.
- Facilitate identification of leadership’s priorities and establish goals within the context of a designated journey plan.
- Develop a journey plan and maps to reach goals, and educate key stakeholders in the use of these tools.
- Oversee utilization of additional management tools and processes.
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences- Experience with data analytics.
- Ability or experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
Salary range: $90,988 to $136,482.
