The successful candidate will be located in the greater Seattle, Washington area.

• Lead cross-functional teams to define product features, requirements, and business rationale to guide product development
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to ensure product offerings remain innovative and competitive
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market successfully
• Shape the vision and strategy of new technological products aligning with market demands and user needs
• Ensure product development aligns with organizational mission and business objectives
• Drive technological advancements and enhance customer satisfaction through effective product management
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)
• 7-10 years Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment (Preferred)
• 4-7 years Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a technical environment (Preferred)
• 4-7 years Advanced level understanding and analysis of market trends and customer feedback to shape product strategy (Preferred)

  Certification by the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM) that validates knowledge in product management and ability to lead product teams. (Preferred)
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO):
  Certification that demonstrates a deep understanding of Scrum practices and the role of a Product Owner in the Scrum framework. (Preferred)
• Certified Technology Manager (CTM):
  Certification that focuses on the management of technology-driven products and teams, emphasizing leadership in technological environments. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $133,900 - $241,500
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
