Program Manager , Operations & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Connect, scale, and evolve the rhythms, capabilities, and initiatives that keep Nordstrom Operations moving forward
• Flex across the entire business to enable senior leaders and their teams to develop and deliver plans
• Drive forward enterprise leadership connection across various forums, key events, and business functions
• Deliver key high-volume event time frames and recurring leadership meetings
• Build processes and tools for tracking progress to plans and communication across the enterprise
• Collaborate with operating leaders and teams across various functions including merchandising, technology, finance, supply chain, marketing, stores, and digital

• Bachelor’s degree required ; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus
• 4+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
• Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics
• Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation (from a variety of data types and sources)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to develop project plans and manage project execution
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners across all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle ambiguity and change
• Ability to work across a wide breadth of topics, focusing in on the things that matter vs getting overwhelmed by less important details
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
