Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day execution and project controls for commercial construction projects in healthcare, advanced technology, life sciences, higher education, and other core markets.
- Manage and mentor all project team members, including senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with owners and architects, overseeing cost control, billing, collections, and financial performance.
- Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction, addressing risks and critical success factors.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience, with strong knowledge of building processes, cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Prolog), accounting cost management software (e.g., CMIC), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera).
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑morale skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude.
