Boeing Global Services is seeking a Senior Product Management Specialist in Seattle, WA to lead the digital enablement program for Sales & Marketing, with a focus on Salesforce-based solutions and revenue lifecycle management. This role owns enablement capability development for one agile development team, partnering across product, engineering, enablement, sales operations, finance, and program leadership to deliver high‑adoption capabilities supporting the end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle (opportunity‑to‑cash).

The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience, deep knowledge of Salesforce (Revenue Cloud/ARM, CPQ), and proven experience driving adoption and change across complex enterprise sales organizations.

Position Responsibilities
  • Act as product manager for the enablement capability assigned to one agile development team: define vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog
  • Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Sales Operations into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
  • Own end‑to‑end capability definition for features supporting revenue lifecycle management (lead > opportunity > quote > contract > billing), with special emphasis on Revenue Cloud and CPQ workflows
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, QA, and Dev Ops to deliver incremental value in sprint cadence; participate in planning, refinement, demo, and retrospective ceremonies
  • Develop and execute enablement strategy and materials (training, job aids, playbooks, release notes) to drive adoption and reduce time‑to‑value for new capabilities
  • Partner with change management and communications to surface impacts, training needs, and success metrics to stakeholders and leaders
  • Define and measure success via business and adoption metrics (e.g., quote turnaround time, CPQ usage, deal cycle length, forecast accuracy, user satisfaction); use data to iterate
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, elevate risks, and ensure alignment between product delivery and business objectives
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate cross‑functional pilots to validate functionality and adoption approaches
  • Mentor and support junior product or business analysts as needed
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management, product owner, or equivalent experience building enterprise SaaS solutions
  • 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce solutions, including configuration, integrations, or project delivery experience; demonstrable familiarity with Revenue Cloud and CPQ concepts and functionality
  • 3+ years’ experience leading and partnering with cross‑functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience in managing product backlog, writing user stories, and managing releases
  • Experience developing and deploying quality metrics and using them to drive results
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in sales technology, revenue operations, or CRM programs preferred Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud certification) or equivalent hands‑on implementation experience
  • Experience with enterprise CPQ implementations and pricing rules, product catalogs, and complex quote‑to‑cash workflows
  • Experience with change management, sales enablement, or learning design in commercial enterprise settings
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other large B2B sales organizations
  • Familiarity with integration patterns (APIs, middleware), SSO, and data model considerations for CRM/ERP integrations
