We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our broader POS & Payments team. Your work will directly influence the day‑to‑day experiences of our in‑store teams and our customers.
Responsibilities- Elicit business and customer needs through the discovery process with stakeholders
- Analyze, create, maintain, and communicate requirements artifacts—Epics and User Stories—to scope business rules, processes, interactions, and information flow
- Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Facilitate interaction with the delivery team to drive solutions, estimation, prioritisation, and planning
- Guide Product Owners through the end‑to‑end discovery and delivery process
- Clarify requirements and contribute to management of defects, risks, and enhancements throughout delivery
- Champion the practice of Business Analysis and promote the role across the wider business
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and project driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and time‑management abilities
- Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair
- Passion for meeting project needs and delivering value
- Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis (or equivalent)
- Experience in eliciting requirements and creating business requirements documents
- Structured analysis of business models, process models, data models, and workflow models—ideally in the context of mobile applications
- Ability to break down large pieces of work into manageable stories for team members
- Experience with Jira, Confluence & Miro or alternative story management and workflow management platforms
- API and integration literacy
- Experience working within agile delivery best practice (BDD, discovery to delivery, facilitation)
- Workshop facilitation experience
- Experience in retail
