Preferred:

• At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design Detailing of Processes
• At least 3 years of experience in requirement gathering & elicitation, defining use cases/work flows, documenting/analyzing process flows.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 3 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in retail domain (merchandising, supply chain, planning, allocation)
• Analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
• At least 2 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Basic:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience with information technology
