What You’ll Do
- Project Management & Execution
:
Support end‑to‑end delivery of strategic and operational projects for the Institutional Relationships team. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to keep projects on track and achieve objectives. Translate leadership priorities into structured work streams, actionable tasks, and measurable outcomes. Identify and proactively manage risks and dependencies. - Business Management
:
Partner with Institutional Relationships leadership to support business planning, track performance, and strengthen operational management. Prepare executive presentations, reporting packages, dashboards, and meeting materials. Track progress against strategic priorities and key performance indicators, highlighting trends, risks, and areas requiring attention. Provide visibility into initiative status, key decisions, and areas requiring leadership attention. - Strategy & Operations
:
Collaborate with leadership on initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client experience. Conduct research, benchmarking, and structured analysis to inform strategic recommendations. Support change‑management efforts across teams and functions. - Data Analysis & Insights
:
Partner with the data and reporting team to deliver key data‑related outputs for custodian relationships. Build models, reports, and visualizations that support business understanding and operational decision‑making. Collaborate with data, operations, and technology teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and disciplined data practices.
- Experience in wealth management, consulting, or a similar strategy and operations environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort working with data in a wealth‑management context.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, structure, and follow‑through.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information for senior audiences.
- A proactive, resourceful, execution‑focused mindset.
- Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Washington. The pay range for this position is $90,000–$115,000 USD per year. The range is based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Salary offers are determined on a case‑by‑case basis.
Physical RequirementsThis role requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and requires on‑site work four days per week.
