Program Manager 2 – Merchandising

• Drive governance, change management, and cross-functional coordination across a portfolio of NMG programs
• Prepare and maintain agendas, materials, and action item tracking for governance meetings
• Translate complex program updates and change impacts into clear communications for stakeholders
• Build supporting resources for change management efforts
• Own discrete program work streams end-to-end
• Track and monitor success metrics and program health indicators
• Regular check-ins with cross-functional teams and leadership

• 3+ years of experience in program management, communications, change management, or a related field
• Experience supporting governance or operational cadences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to own a workstream independently
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Collaborative working style and ability to build relationships
