Step into a dynamic role with the US Operations team, where you will support seller acquisition, onboarding, and campaign execution for some of the most iconic brands and businesses. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives that connect sellers with consumers in meaningful ways while helping drive the continued growth of Tik Tok Shop.

- Analyze consumer demand trends and identify key product categories, brands, and price segments with strong growth potential on Tik Tok Shop.
- Develop product assortment strategies that strengthen platform supply and ensure products align with market demand.
- Partner with merchant strategy teams and industry teams to guide supply development in priority product categories.
- Support major campaigns and marketing initiatives by identifying high potential products and category opportunities.
- Conduct data driven analysis to identify supply gaps and propose targeted initiatives to strengthen product availability and competitiveness.
- Monitor product performance and market trends, and continuously refine assortment strategies to support sustainable growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s or higher degree in the United States, majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to identify business opportunities.
- Familiarity with consumer trends and retail or ecommerce market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in marketplace platforms, retail strategy, consulting, or category management.
- Strong business judgment and structured problem solving capabilities.
- Experience working with data to support business analysis and strategic planning.
- Self driven with strong ownership and the ability to adapt in a fastmoving environment.

Job InformationThe hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.- Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more.
- Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
- Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
