The opportunity is a Supervising Associate rank position on the USLI Assurance GDS Leadership team focused on operations, finance and mobility functions, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Your key responsibilities include supporting travelers between US and GDS locations for long- and short-term visits and mobility assignments, processing various finance transactions between US and GDS firms, reconciling various US and GDS reporting, participating in virtual and in person team meetings, and ad-hoc project management and initiative support.
Skills and attributes for success include strong communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, comfort across the Microsoft suite of products, high organization, project management focus with ability to drive initiatives and projects for the team.
To qualify for the role you must have skills and attributes indicated above, understanding of the Audit practice, experience working with GDS, interest in expanding teaming with GDS, ability to travel, including internationally to India, high school diploma or equivalent work experience, experience working with tax rules and cross border considerations with India and the US including Visa rules and requirements, ability to work EST hours, bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience, 5-7 years or more professional experience, preferably with 2-3 years of operations experience.
Ideally, you'll also have energy and excitement for joining a dynamic team, strong interpersonal skills, bachelor's degree preferred.
