Job Overview
We are looking for an international BPO Team Leader to join our team. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work across US/UK time zones. Compensation is up to ₹ per year.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise BPO team members.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring coverage for US/UK shifts.
- Perform calculations and monitor team performance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in BPO.
- Experience of at least 1year of total work is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
- Permanent position.
- In‑person work location.
- Competitive salary up to ₹650,000 per year.
- Clear schedule with rotational shift.
