Agreements And Project Coordinator

King County Parks is excited to seek an Agreements and Project Coordinator to join the Parks Division Director's Office team! This position will be responsible for supporting the development and tracking of the Division's Inter-agency and Inter-local Agreements. The position will support implementation of agreements by coordinating with Operations, Capital and Property teams, responding to inquiries, and creating tracking and monitoring agreement requirements.

The position will also support other projects as needed. We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, is responsive to requests for information, is organized and has good communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

The role serves as the primary point of contact for existing agreements and tracks, edits, and compiles all requirements for new agreements. By collaborating with subject matter experts, maintaining confidential information and developing and supporting workflows, the position will help the efficient development and implementation of projects and programs important to the mission of parks and the Parks Levy.

This position follows a hybrid work model, blending remote and in-person work.
