Clay Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the Clay platform.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Design and build automated workflows for lead generation, prospect research, and data enrichment.
• Configure data sources, enrichment providers, and workflow automation.
• Integrate Clay with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain API-based integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Implement AI-powered workflows for lead qualification, research, personalization, and outreach.
• Perform data cleansing, normalization, deduplication, and validation.
• Create custom enrichment workflows and scoring models.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize automation performance.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, workflow documentation, and user guides.
• Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• 3+ years of experience implementing or administering the Clay platform.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
• Experience building automation workflows and data enrichment pipelines.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales technology ecosystems.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflow automation and data enrichment tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and structured datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in client-facing consulting engagements.
