Product Manager

Level Ten Energy seeks a Product Manager to drive innovation in our renewable energy marketplace within the Product Development & Innovation team. You will own product discovery, strategy, and roadmaps, translating customer and market needs into data-driven solutions that accelerate clean energy procurement. Partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams, you will define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver impactful features.

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for Level

• Translate customer and market insights into clear requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Use data to prioritize backlog, measure product performance, and optimize outcomes.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate solutions and inform innovation.
• Align stakeholders across Product Development & Innovation and go-to-market teams.
• Support go-to-market planning, launch activities, and product enablement.
