Each position employed in the Chancery helps to extend the ministry of the Archbishop in particular ways as outlined in the position description.
Parish Staq is the Archdiocese of Seattle's strategic parish engagement platform, providing integrated solutions for parish administration, stewardship, communications, ministry coordination, and parishioner engagement. Built on the Pushpay platform, Parish Staq includes a Church Management System (ChMS), online giving capabilities, and mobile engagement tools that help parishes manage operations, strengthen relationships, and support the mission of evangelization. Parish Staq serves as a foundational technology platform enabling parish families to collaborate more effectively, maintain accurate records, and deepen engagement with their communities.
EssentialPosition Duties
Program & Project Management
- Lead Parish Staq implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics.
- Coordinate activities across parishes, diocesan departments, IT teams, and vendors.
- Provide regular status reporting and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Essential
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
