Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project / Program Manager to support projects within a large-scale grocery and private brands organization. This role is best suited for someone with 2–3 years of project coordination, operations, or program support experience who is comfortable managing detailed information, maintaining trackers, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, e-commerce, grocery, CPG, merchandising, sourcing, procurement, or product operations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate data discrepancies and follow issues through resolution are critical.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, documentation, and operational records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect information and keep projects on track.
- Perform detailed data entry, data validation, and data management activities.
- Review product and project information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify missing information, discrepancies, and process gaps and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support product-related data and lifecycle management activities.
- Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining SOPs and process documentation.
- Track open items, dependencies, risks, and blockers and provide timely updates.
- Support project managers and business teams with operational and administrative project activities.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and documentation.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within expected timelines.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience supporting projects or programs.
- Experience tracking tasks, timelines, deliverables, and project status.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders or teams.
- Strong experience with data entry, data validation, or maintaining operational records.
- Experience working with trackers, spreadsheets, databases, or product information.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
