Data Verification Specialist

Data Verification Specialist – Seattle – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for a Data Verification Specialist to support their capital project in Seattle. This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant and we are looking for support to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe. As the Data Verification Specialist you will be responsible for implementing all safety requirements for a new build facility, estimated at approximately 14,900m2.

• Perform technical data and compliance review to ensure accuracy of relevant development data generated to support late-stage and commercialization efforts of biopharmaceuticals.
  
  Acquire knowledge of all internal data governance and workflow and ensure data handling complies with internal policies.
  
  Recommend and implement changes to improve the efficiency of data verification workflows.
  
  Participate in internal audits in collaboration with quality team in maintaining compliance with internal data governance and verification workflow.
  
  Collaborate with various functional groups to support data compliance efforts.
  
  Other tasks as assigned.

• Associate degree with relevant experience or an entry level bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field.
  
  Strong scientific background and experience in assessment of technical data and scientific information.
  
  Highly motivated, strong attention to detail and collaborative communication skills.
  
  Motivated - both individually and as a team member.
  
  Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
