The Senior Demand Planning Manager is critical to the success of Paula's Choice's supply chain organization. The role is responsible for leading a global team of Category Demand Planners, elevating demand planning from a fragmented, channel-by-channel activity into a single, disciplined global process — owning the demand step of S&OP and driving a consistent forecasting methodology across NAM, APAC, EU, and ANZ.
Asthe Senior Demand Planning Manager, you will:
- Own aggregated, category-level global demand planning for revenue-generating units, with SKU-level forecasts owned by category and region/market planners
- Scale a single, consistent forecasting methodology across NAM, APAC, EU and ANZ, replacing today's inconsistent, market-by-market approaches
- Maintain a rolling 18-month demand horizon, keeping assumptions consistent across base trends, launches, samples, promotions and peak volumes
- Bring global category insights and item-level trends into S&OP meetings and drive demand plan alignment to category growth plans
- Run monthly demand reviews with regional partners and lead the demand step of a newly formalized, integrated S&OP process spanning demand, supply, commercial and finance
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to build the consensus demand plan, and represent demand planning at the consensus and executive tiers of S&OP
- Run an in-month global pacing view to surface revenue risks and opportunities early enough for supply to act
- Provide timely in-season analysis on promotions, events and launches, ensuring stakeholders understand results and downstream implications
- Define and own forecast KPIs at a consistent lag cadence, and use them to drive continuous improvement across the team
- Drive Quarterly Category Hindsight reviews, Product Lifecycle Management, and assortment optimization, including discontinuation triggers to reduce SLOB exposure
- Lead product ranking and core-SKU definition across the business to drive inventory strategy and protect never-out-of-stock items
- Drive the new-product-launch market forecast consolidation and approval process in partnership with Product Marketing, integrating demand planning earlier in the Stage Gate process
