Position: Product Manager 2, Loyalty

Summary

The Product Manager 2, Loyalty drives product development for loyalty awarding, promotions, member benefits, and operational tooling, balancing customer-facing experiences with backend platform reliability. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, experience design, operations, and external vendors to translate customer insights into measurable product outcomes. The role combines strategic roadmap ownership with day-to-day execution in a hybrid Seattle setting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the product roadmap and feature backlog for loyalty awarding, promotions, member benefits, and operations tooling.
  • Frame problems, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and define measurement plans for feature releases.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Experience Design, Analytics, Operations, product peers, and external vendors to deliver solutions.
  • Embed with the engineering squad to drive agile ceremonies, backlog management, and launch planning.
  • Monitor key KPIs, run A/B tests, and use data to identify improvements and prioritize work.
  • Contribute to product strategy and evangelize the vision with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent, preferably in technology or e-commerce.
  • Strong technical acumen, including familiarity with software development principles, agile methodologies, API-based platforms, and A/B testing.
  • Data fluency with experience using data querying tools and interpreting loyalty or retail KPIs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities; experience in loyalty programs or retail technology is a plus.
