Overall, the role will drive US e-commerce strategy, analyze key metrics, conduct industry research, and lead cross‑functional initiatives for a safe marketplace.

• Responsible for US e-commerce business strategy, involving business development and key metrics analysis.
• Conduct industry research, including but not limited to merchant or product governance, user experience improvement, logistics support, and other areas; refine and summarize best practices and provide specific implementation solutions and recommendations.
• Use analytics tools to produce critical business insights, ensure cross‑functional alignment of goals and execution, and help the team build strategic partnerships and drive initiatives forward.

• 2 years professional experience in strategy or strategy operations, with domain knowledge in e-commerce, marketplace business, consumables, or technology.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and analytics projects independently.
• Outstanding framework and logic, data sensitivity, good communication, and ability to adapt to a fast‑pace work environment.

• Experience in management consulting or business strategy.
• SQL‑related experience.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103,360 - $209,380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
