  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Strategic Partner Segmentation & Ecosystem Architecture Define and execute a comprehensive partnership playbook tailored to different tiers of logistics and supply chain providers:
    • National/Global Giants (e.g., UPS, Fed Ex, USPS):
      Drive executive-level engagement and Joint Business Plans (JBP). Focus on macro-capacity lock-ins, structural cost negotiations, and long-term strategic alliances to ensure baseline stability and economies of scale.
    • Regional Champions:
      Architect the introduction strategy for regional carriers to fill geographic gaps and optimize localized costs. Develop agile onboarding frameworks, strict SLA ramp-up protocols, and dynamic volume allocation models.
    • Niche & Tech-Driven Innovators (e.g., Gig-economy, Same-day Delivery Startups):
      Identify disruptive market players. Design and execute pilot programs, oversee API/EDI tech integrations, and stress-test scalability to build a resilient and innovative fulfillment network.
  • Key Responsibilities
    2. From Strategy to Execution:
    Full Lifecycle Management
    - Commercial Execution:
    Manage complex carrier bidding (RFP/RFQ) and price negotiations. Continuously optimize contract terms quarterly to maintain fierce price competitiveness and service quality, directly impacting the bottom line (P&L).

    - Operationalizing the Strategy:
    Translate high-level partnership strategies into executable operational metrics. Establish a robust, tiered supplier management system incorporating SLAs, KPIs, and proactive risk alert mechanisms.

    - Continuous Improvement:
    Monitor compliance and operational performance closely. Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with external partners to drive continuous cost reduction and service enhancement.

  • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualification(s)

    • Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a MBA degree.
    • Experience:

      4+ years of solid pre-MBA experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, or Supply Chain/Logistics Management.
    • Strategic Negotiation & Commercial Acumen:
      Proven track record in high-value contract negotiations and articulating complex value propositions. Capable of deconstructing cost structures, analyzing financial reports, and designing profit-maximizing partnership models.
    • Analytical Rigor:
      Exceptional statistical and data analysis skills. Ability to build complex models to forecast volume, cost, and ROI under various scenarios.
