As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

• POD Category Operations:
  Seller acquisition, incubation, and management. Product analysis and seasonality trend planning. SKU readiness monitoring. Progress tracking and operational follow-up. Build and maintain seller trackers and dashboards. Monitor POD seller performance and identify operational risks or gaps.
• POD Campaign Support:
  Assist Account Manager (AM) in preparing and executing campaigns. Coordinate with sellers on campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Support campaign setup across internal systems. Help track campaign performance and prepare recap analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Live, Affiliate/Creator, Marketing, and Operations teams to support integrated seller activation initiatives. Support live-streaming and creator-related project coordination. Help improve execution efficiency and workflow visibility across teams.
• Data Analysis & Insights:
  Analyze seller performance and product trends. Identify best practices and optimization opportunities. Support the development of POD playbooks and operational documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in fashion, print-on-demand business, e-commerce, live commerce, and creator economy
• Prior internship experience in consulting, marketing, operations, e-commerce, retail, or fashion is a plus
• Familiarity with Tik Tok, social commerce, or digital marketing trends
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.

• Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more.
• Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
• Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
