The Opportunity with Mc KinstryThe Senior Operations Analyst – Strategic Procurement will develop and implement a centralized, enterprise-wide approach to management of the Group Purchase Procurement Options (GPO) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) programs and administer other procurement platforms. The Senior Operations Analyst – Strategic Procurement will be responsible for ongoing management and growth of the programs and coordination with business development to position them as robust sales tools.
WhatYou’ll Own
- Assume the administration of multiple Group Purchase Option platforms for our growing Energy & Technical Services, Service, and Construction teams.
- Development and management of central information hub.
- Education of sales/business development and project teams on positioning and use of GPO.
- Coordination with operations teams on appropriately billing and managing payments to GPOs.
- Relationship management with GPO organizations.
- Tracking contract renewals and amendments.
- Responding to internal questions/problems, etc.
- Develop and administer a Master Service Agreement (MSA) management program.
- Development and management of central MSA catalog/database.
- Coordination with Sales Operations and Enablement & Standardization Teams to develop best practices for management and use of MSAs.
- Coordination and communication with business units.
- Responding to internal questions/problems, etc.
- Assume administration of the Open Gov platform.
- Manage administration of the platform.
- Act as key POC for Open Gov relationship management.
- Respond to request for access/posting, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required(a degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, orotherrelated field preferred).
- Three (3) to four (4) years’ experience in architecture, engineering,constructionor other professional services industry required.
- Proven leadership abilities and program/project management experience required.
- Advanced business writing and editing skills required.
- Demonstrable knowledge of finance and economics principles, with proven ability to analyze business performance from a cost, revenue, and margin perspective required.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Outlook required.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel functions and data analysis preferred.
- Experience providing business support in a large organization or multi-office environmentstronglypreferred.
