ATREG is a boutique advisory firm that helps the world's largest technology companies buy, sell, and repurpose semiconductor fabrication facilities — the highly specialized factories where computer chips are made. We're looking for an experienced Associate to join our close-knit team and help lead the complex, high-stakes transactions that keep the global chip industry running.
About ATREGHeadquartered in Seattle, ATREG has spent over 25 years advising the world's largest semiconductor manufacturers — the companies behind the chips that power everyday technology, from phones to cars to data centers — on the sale, purchase, and repositioning of their manufacturing facilities. We've completed more than 60 of these transactions worldwide, representing 40% of all semiconductor fab deals since 2000, with a combined market value exceeding $30 billion.
It's a highly specialized corner of real estate and industrial asset advisory that few firms understand — which is exactly why we've built our reputation as the trusted advisor in this space.
As an Associate, you'll be a key member of our boutique deal team, managing sophisticated real estate and asset transactions from first conversation through close. This is a senior, client-facing role: you'll build trusted advisor relationships with some of the most important names in semiconductors, lead business development initiatives, and help drive the strategic outcomes that shape where the industry goes next.
