- Manage and deliver enterprise-level projects and programs from initiation through completion

- Report directly to the Sr. Manager, Program & Planning
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus
- 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and pivot tables
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Financial literacy and ability to work with financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven executive presence
- Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics
- Must work in the office 4 days per week in downtown Seattle, WA
Demonstrates expertise in managing enterprise-level projects and programs, with a strong focus on data analysis, financial literacy, and effective communication. Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive insights from complex data sets to inform executive decision-making.
