The Core Platform team owns the foundational systems that everything else at Outreach dependsondataplatform, event & workflow engines, identity & access, API & integration architecture, real-time processing infrastructure, and developer platform. We enable product velocity across the entire organization whilemaintainingenterprise-grade reliability, security, scalability, and extensibility.

As a Principal Product Manager on the Core Platform team, you will define and drive the multi-year strategy and roadmap for critical shared platform capabilities—particularly in the areasreal-time data & event processing, extensibility, and developer platform.

You will partner extremely closely with engineering leaders,UX designers,marketing, and multiple product lines to make architectural choices that balance immediate delivery needs with long-term technical vision. This is a deeply technical product role—expect to spend significant timeonsystem design discussions, API specs, data models,and performance.

While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. This role is categorized as hybrid and it is expected you live in a reasonable proximity to the office in Prague so you would be able to connect with your team on weekly regular basis, attend in-person meetings and company events.

This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.

• Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for one or more pillars of the Core Platform (examples: extensibility, real-time events, and developer platform)
• Partner deeply with engineering (Staff/Principal engineers) to define scalable, evolvable architectures that support massive scale and complexity
• Translate complex technical constraints and opportunities into clear product requirements,roadmapprioritization, andkey results
• Define andmaintainplatform SLAs, success metrics, and health dashboards that matter to customers
• Drive cross-functional alignment—work withother product leaders, marketing, sales, professional services to understand needs and sequence platform investments
• Stay current on emerging technologies in
  AI infrastructure
  , real-time systems, distributed data processing, and enterprise SaaS platform design
• Represent Outreach at industry events and with strategic customers when discussing platform architecture and AI capabilities

• 10+ years of product management experience, with
  at least 5 years
  owning developer-facing, infrastructure, or platform products (examples: API platforms, data platforms, workflow engines, AI/ML platforms, observability platforms)
