Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates during all phases of design and preconstruction.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accurate project costs.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop budgets and proposals for negotiated and competitive bid projects.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, assess risk impacts, and provide value‑engineering options.
• Participate in subcontractor outreach, site walks, and scope reviews.
• Manage multiple estimates at once while maintaining organization and accuracy.

• 3+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction.
• On‑site field experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction divisions, means, and methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
• Experience with On‑Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Smart Bid, or similar estimating or bid management software.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
