Construction Project Manager

Looking to join a leading geotechnical construction and deep foundations contractor! We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our Seattle team. This is an opportunity for an experienced PM to take ownership of significant, technically challenging projects across the Pacific Northwest.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of project management experience in construction (prefer geotechnical or heavy civil) & has successfully led projects exceeding $5 million in value. A degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or construction management is required.

• Lead large construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, project teams, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, superintendents, and owner representatives.
• Oversee deep foundation, shoring, and geotechnical construction activities.
• Ensure project performance aligns with safety, quality, and financial targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in CE, GE, or Construction Management.
• 5-10 years of PM experience in heavy civil or geotechnical construction.
• Proven ability to manage $5M+ projects.
• Strong leadership skills and field collaboration experience.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project coordination, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Able to estimate, bid, and run projects & excellent client communication.
