Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in the role of construction project manager, managing new, single and/or multifamily new construction projects
- Relevant educational background in Construction Management, Engineering or Manufacturing highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project scheduling and project management, including the ability to read, understand, and develop the construction project schedule
- Experience with cloud-based Construction Management software (ie. Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Experience using online communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency in the remainder of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Power Point
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and engineering principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize project data from diverse sources
- Aptitude for learning new technical and sustainable building practices and software
- Demonstrated understanding of health and safety practices in residential construction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel as needed
