Key Responsibilities & Skills- Provide general compliance support to construction projects requiring prevailing wage and other specific contracted labor requirements.
- Track and review certified payroll for internal self‑performing labor and external subcontractors on projects.
- Evaluate all public contracts (and any private contracts with special requirements) for labor requirements and work with the project teams to ensure appropriate plans to monitor and report and to ensure proper submissions to agencies.
- Complete periodic audits on projects to verify compliance.
- Participate in risk assessment on the compliance programs and communicate to project teams.
- Monitor and stay up to date on labor and compliance laws and regulations that might affect company policies and procedures.
- Participate in external party and government reviews, audits and inquiries, working in conjunction with necessary district teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven track record in construction and/or transportation.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Excited about construction projects and completing assignments on time.
- Self‑oriented, organized, great communicator, approachable.
- Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

Compensation: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour.
