Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located in the Puget Sound Area. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing site personnel, coordinating subcontractors, conducting quality control inspections, maintaining safety standards, and monitoring project progress. The Superintendent will work closely with the project management team to resolve challenges and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications- Construction Site Management and Coordination skills, including scheduling, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Safety Compliance, and Risk Management to maintain high standards and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively.
- Technical expertise in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Familiarity with PROCORE
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
