We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in the Seattle/Bellevue area, with a clear growth path into a Project Engineer role.

In this role, you will build the foundation for a successful career in construction project management by:

• Supporting field teams to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly
• Assisting with project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Helping process invoices, subcontractor payments, and owner billings
• Aiding and learning from the project team to ensure overall project workflow
• Maintaining project scheduling and updates
• Managing submittals, documentation, and project workflow
• Facilitating change orders and time‑and‑materials work

This role is designed as a launching point into construction project management. You’ll gain the experience, mentorship, and exposure needed to grow into a Project Engineer role and beyond.
