Join a High-Impact Federal Engineering TeamWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead complex federal construction and renovation projects. In this role, you will oversee full lifecycle project delivery for government facilities, ensuring projects are completed on scope, on schedule, and within budget.
This is a long-term contract opportunity offering leadership responsibility, exposure to large-scale federal infrastructure projects, and the ability to support mission-critical operations.

- Lead construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy
- Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and project schedules
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
- Coordinate procurement activities with contracting teams and A/E firms
- Oversee construction progress, inspections, and quality assurance
- Serve as on-site project manager or construction representative
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government stakeholders
- Prepare and track project management plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Additional Duties as assigned
- Travel may be required for site visits, inspections, and project reviews
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience managing construction or design projects
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
- Experience managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Advanced computer proficiency
- Ability to travel
Preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience supporting federal or government construction projects
- Experience managing complex or large-scale projects
- Familiarity with government estimating tools or systems
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
- Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance
