- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Understand and use various construction tools and machines.
- Able to follow direction from site supervisors.
- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when directed
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Able to lift and move 50lbs, maintain a standing position, fully kneel and crouch, climb and work off ladders on a consistent basis.
- Able to learn new skills with attention to detail.
- Capable of working in a variety of weather conditions.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and policies.
- Able to use small construction tools.
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of experience working in the construction industry preferred
- Thorough understanding of correct and safe operation of all related tools and equipment

$30.00- $34.00 per hour
