This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located in the Greater Seattle Area. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to, and enforce safety standards. Additionally, the Superintendent will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to provide updates and support the successful completion of projects while meeting quality expectations.
Qualifications- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction methods, processes, and safety regulations
- Ability to manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with team members
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining project timelines and budgets
- Experience in custom home building, remodels, and high-quality craftsmanship
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a construction superintendent or a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification in construction management or relevant field preferred
