Outside Sales Representative – Civil & Infrastructure Construction Materials

Atlas Construction Specialties is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across Washington State, with a focus on civil and infrastructure construction projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the Pacific Northwest construction market, has strong relationships within the industry, and enjoys working directly with customers on jobsites.

• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Atlas products and solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pre‑bid and upcoming civil projects
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, concrete contractors, and key accounts
• Manage and grow an existing customer base
• Provide jobsite support and technical assistance as needed
• Track and manage active orders while maintaining visibility into upcoming bid opportunities and following up on previously bid projects to drive awarded work
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Maintain visibility into pipeline activity and customer needs
• Meet regularly with sales leadership to review progress and opportunities

• 4+ years of experience in construction materials or related industry sales
• Strong understanding of civil construction and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of WSDOT Standard Specifications and the Qualified Products List (QPL)
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow accounts
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission program
• Expected total compensation range: $90,000 – $150,000+ annually, depending on experience and performance
