Job Summary

We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity supporting multifamily and commercial construction projects in the Seattle and Tacoma area. This role is ideal for a construction project management professional with a strong plumbing or mechanical contracting background who enjoys leading projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage commercial and multifamily plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, field teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, billing, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement coordination.
- Partner closely with field leadership to monitor job progress, resolve issues, and maintain safe, efficient project execution.
- Lead BIM coordination efforts and support alignment between design, field, and project management teams.
- Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, post-project reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.

Compensation and Benefits
