Join a reputable general contractor delivering ground-up K-12 projects throughout the region. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, partnering with owners, architects, and field teams to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities- Manage ground-up K-12 projects from design through completion.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, consultants, and Superintendents throughout the Design-Build process.
- Lead subcontractor procurement, project meetings, and client communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Strong Design-Build project experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
