Residential Bags Supervisor

• Work with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site
• Manage the project schedule
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

• 5+ years of previous experience in construction
• Experience as a bags on supervisor
• Experience as a carpenter
• Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes

• $35-45 per hour DOE
• 2 weeks of PTO
• 100% covered medical,401K with employer match
• Company Vehicle,Credit Cardand Cell Phone
